Sales Engineer(m/w/d)

You will drive Pilotarc's sales from end to end. That means finding and approaching potential customers, understanding their needs, guiding them through the buying process, and making sure they're taken care of after the sale. You own the relationship. For every machine you sell, you earn a commission on top of your base pay — your success directly reflects in what you take home.
Responsibilities
- —Identify and proactively reach out to potential customers (makers, workshops, small manufacturers, research labs)
- —Qualify leads and manage the full sales pipeline
- —Present and demonstrate Pilotarc machines to prospects
- —Handle quotes, follow-ups, and closing
- —Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships
- —Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team
Requirements
- —Currently enrolled in an engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar)
- —Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- —Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding
- —Comfortable with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Nice to Have
- —Prior experience in sales, customer success, or business development
- —Existing network in manufacturing, fab labs, or maker communities
