At Pilotarc, you support our team in the practical development and optimization of hardware solutions for mechanical engineering. You work hands-on constructing components in CAD, support prototyping, and bring practical craftsmanship to implementation. The internship is based on-site in Kassel.
Responsibilities
- —Design parts and assemblies in 3D CAD
- —Support prototyping and hands-on component assembly
- —Assist with soldering and basic electronics work
- —Contribute to hardware iteration alongside the engineering team
Requirements
- —Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., OnShape, Fusion 360, SolidWorks)
- —Comfort with tools and enthusiasm for hands-on building and assembly
- —Foundational understanding of circuit design and soldering
Nice to Have
- —Experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, etc.) and basic programming
