Pilotarc is a small team building the first desktop plasma CNC machine. As Founder's Associate, you work closely with Alex (CEO) and Ben (CTO), helping with the tasks that pile up when two engineers are focused on building a product. You'll get real exposure to what early-stage hardware startup life looks like.
Responsibilities
- —Research tasks assigned by the founders (market, competitors, suppliers, contacts)
- —Support with admin, scheduling, and internal documentation
- —Help with outreach and communication as needed
- —Keep track of open to-dos and follow-ups
Requirements
- —Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- —Reliable and self-sufficient — you follow through without being chased
- —Clear written communicator

- —Interest in hardware, manufacturing, or startups
- —Based in or near Kassel
